Bards may be simple entertainers, or quite often, they are something more as well.
The majority of those who choose to specialize in the magics of healing and protection,
without neccessarily dedicating their entire life to the service of their deity.
Conjurers are magic-users who have specialized in the magics governing life, and death.
They are sinister and secretive. Summoning the creatures of the lower planes may give the
Conjurer great power, but it is not without risk.
Druids draw their power from the natural world. Their power depends greatly on their
ability to shape the magic of the area they are in. Many dislike entering cities for
Fighters live by their sword and strength, having little use for magic 'trickery' or
those who use it. If a problem is worth tackling, it is worth facing head on.
The most versatile of the magic users, Mages have access to most of the more well-known
spells in the world, along with ability to use, if not create, all types of magic items.
They are also skilled in the arts of giving magical power to items.
Paladins are warriors, but also dedicated to their chosen deity. They are given the ability
to work small magics, mostly of the healing or protective types, while still retaining their
full fighting skill.
Priests are those who have chosen to dedicate their lives to serving their god or goddess.
They are non-combatants, spending their time tending to their congregations, rather than fighting.
Masters of stealth and cunning, Rogues prefer to obtain what they want without direct
confrontation. Also trained and specialized as paid killers, Rogues have many skills
unique to their class, the proper techniques of which are carefully hidden from other classes.
